What you have to do is
T7 - Screening process
- This 7days practical skill test will be done on daily task basis this policy gives even the most indecisive staff time to contemplate their working.
- In this duration company will test your skills that your ability to work, your punctuality, positive attitude towards your work, your strength as well as weaknesses, the quality of work you deliver, your urge to learn new things, whether you follow instructions of seniors, whether you are disciplined/punctual for your work, etc.
- All these things are strictly reviewed and tested by the senior authority.
- If you fulfilled all the above criteria successfully and completed screening in seven days period; then only company will give you offer letter of the Company for the next joining.
